Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as Spaghetti Strap Tops and Strapless Tops cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Standard shipping fees will apply unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
