Product and Service Description
FemmeFab Shop offers a variety of fashion items including Bottoms, Cover Ups, Dresses, Jumpsuits, Rompers, Tops, and more. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Order and Payment Terms
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Incomplete or failed payments may result in order cancellation.
Shipping
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as Spaghetti Strap Tops and Strapless Tops cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Standard shipping fees will apply unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
